Because our company of 35 years is a company of high integrity, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. And we understand that these Kenwood TS-930 and TS-940 transceivers have various problems that are not related to a power supply issue. This certainly creates a problem because it can be tough to determine if replacing the radio’s power supply alone will resolve various issues. So here is how we handle this issue:

If you buy one of our upgrade kits, as an assembled and tested board or as the entire package with the power supply, and after you install it and the radio still does not work to your satisfaction, we will refund 100% of your purchase price when the package has been returned to us in the original new condition. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping on returned product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
